Recently, a toast trend was created in San Francisco with slices of toast going for $4.00. Toast isn’t just a bland side for breakfast anymore. Here are ten ways that you can step up your toast game at home:

  1. Top with an egg: Instead of having your toast on the side, top it with your eggs cooked with your favorite Do You Bake? seasoning and enjoy the nice contrast in textures.
  2. Open-faced roast beef sandwich: Toast a piece of bread and butter it. Then top it with hot roast beef and gravy.
  3. Top it with baked beans: A simple classic for tea in the UK. Cook up a can of baked beans and place them on top of a warm and buttery piece of toast.
